Formation & Training of SHG
In recent years the society individual approach to poverty alleviation
Programmes has been increasingly replaced by group mode. thi is
particularly experienced in delivering micro finance to the poor, Studies
have shown that the delivery of micro finance to the poor is smooth,
effective and less costly if they are organized into Self Help Group (SHG)
The present study in primarily intended to document the experiences in
SHGs in promoting micro enterprises though Micro credit intervention. the
studey was conducted Katihar district state of Bihar.
The organization 25 men and 27 women group are found in this financial
year and training given to group leader and team leader for run this group
in future, Some beneficiaries benefited through local public in terms of
loan and within this year total amount are repaid. A team of worker
regularly works under formation of group and run of group.
